1. How long will it normally take for me to receive the product(s) I ordered?
Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for your orders to be filled and shipped. All our products that are shipped within the 50 continental states (except Hawaii and Alaska) are usually shipped via UPS 2nd Business Day Air so the entire processing and shipping dates can take 5-7 business days excluding weekends. AveUltra are only shipped on Mondays through Wednesdays and if expedited shipping only on Thursdays.

2. What is your return policy?
We believe that you will be fully satisfied with the products that you buy. However, if you are not happy with any of the product(s) you bought, you may return the unused portion in the original box or package in good condition within 60 days no questions asked. You need to contact us by email at bvibrantnow@sbcglobal.net or by calling us at 707-838-3454 or 1-800-810-6690 Ext 1 for a Return Authorization Number. All return item(s) must have a Return Authorization Number for us to process your refund which is the price paid for the product(s) minus original shipping costs.
