Holidays can be tough when you are trying to eat healthy and maintain/lose weight. Here are some simple easy tips:
1)Eat a light, healthy snack before you go to a party. Try green smoothie drink!
2)Bring a healthy dish to share and for you to enjoy as well.
3)Do not over-indulge! Enjoy smaller portions of food you like.
4)Eat and chew your food slowly.
5)Avoid drinking sugary drinks or limit alcohol or sugary drink to 1/2 or one drink only.
6)Fill your plate with vegetables.
7)Drink water preferably with lemon. Hydrate!
8)Be active. Walk with family/friends or play games.
9)Practice meditations or prayers for relaxation.
10)Take natural supplements to boost your immune systems.
